Hold urine for 2-5 minutes before collecting in the clinics container. Staff will provide detailed guidance for every step.

  Preparation Before Testing

- No need to fast or avoid drinking
- Avoid testing during menstruation
- Do not douche before the test
- Do not use vaginal suppositories, creams, or spermicides within 48 hours before the test
- Abstain from sexual activity 24-48 hours prior to the test
